How many American families have been wiped out from the lockdowns of the pandemic?
How many homeless people are on American streets?
I think it is safe to say we have our own economic emergency going on, yet that is the very reason that Secretary Mayorkas just allowed another 40,000 migrants from Cameroon to set up shop here in the United States.
Economic Migrants
One of the reasons why people can apply for asylum is because their country is poor, translation, economic hardship.
Temporary Protected Status (TPS) was granted last week to 40,000 migrants for Cameroon for that exact purpose.
Secretary Mayorkas stated, “The United States recognizes the ongoing armed conflict in Cameroon, and we will provide temporary protection to those in need.”
The “temporary” status is likely to continue for many years, just as has been done with the many illegal immigrants that have come here from Central America.
This entire process is a sham, as these “refugees,” technically, are supposed to apply for asylum at the first “safe country” they enter.
These refugees are targeting the United States, having crossed numerous safe countries before getting to our border.
It still baffles me that Mayorkas made it through the confirmation process with this radical agenda that he clearly had in mind.
If and when Republicans get control of Congress, above all others, Mayorkas must be impeached and held accountable for his actions.
With the number of border-state Democrats unhappy about the border situation, we may have enough votes to actually oust him from office.
