Life replicated art on Tuesday in New York.
The cast and crew of “Law & Order” are now mourning the loss of one of their own.
In an attack that could have served as one of the scripts for the show, 31-year-old Johnny Pizarro was murdered while saving parking spaces for the show.
Shocking Murder
This is something the crew regularly does in this Brooklyn neighborhood.
L&O uses this particular neighborhood regularly because of how close it is to the studio.
Be it a random killing or someone upset over the parking situation, police are still trying to find out.
We know that Pizarro was sitting in a car, as he has done many times before, to hold a space, when a man opened the driver’s side door and opened fire.
Pizarro was hit in the neck and face.
He was taken to a nearby hospital but succumbed to his wounds.
The only description the police have is a man dressed in all black.
One local man hinted that it could have been over parking.
Local Joe Pedicino stated, “Some of the neighbors were really pissed off there’s not enough parking.
“[The film crews] take up so much space, and they don’t even use it all.”
