Russia clearly has no plans to stop the violence.
Russian missiles struck Ukraine’s key Black Sea port on July 23.
Officials in Kyiv described the attack as a “spit in the face” of a deal that the warring neighbors had signed a day earlier to resume grain exports that had been blocked by conflict.
Regional authorities posted on social media that two cruise missiles hit terminal infrastructure and cast a shadow over the key agreement that had been reached after months of negotiations.
Ukraine had hoped that a worldwide food crisis would encourage Russia to not disrupt the international supply chain.
Russia showed where their priorities lay.
Ukraine has said that they would conduct “an immediate military response” should Russia violate the agreement and attack ships or ports.
In case you needed reminding, you cannot trust Russia.
