Kamala Harris has had two years to make an impression.
She has made one, only it is not the one her loyalists thought she would make.
Harris was supposed to make her mark, then take over for Biden, but she has fallen flat on her face at every turn.
In turn, even her most loyal supporters are now starting to distance themselves.
Time to Move On
Harris’ fans on social media have dubbed themselves the KHive.
You should check out the hashtag and see what they are saying now.
For instance, one fan wrote, “I would never, ever say that I regret supporting the first Black woman vice president, ever. But the disappointment is real.
“I was obsessed with the idea of this person who could undo the systemic, the systematic racism and sexism and heterosexism in government with one fell swoop, and now I’m thinking to myself, did I just make up a person in my head who could do those things?”
Harris has fallen flat on every challenge she has been given.
Build Back Better, immigration, reproductive “rights,” you name it, every assignment has warranted an “F.”
When you add in the regular diet of word salads she has served up and the unpreparedness for interviews, it is no surprise the KHive Kool-aide bottle is just about empty.
