The search for the man who had shot two deputies in Georgia last week is finally over.
After five days on the run, Tyler Keith Henderson, 25, was picked up by police.
He was apprehended on Sunday in Thomas County.
Search is Over
Last week, Henderson allegedly fired at three deputies.
Two of the officers were struck and listed in stable condition.
Henderson is already a convicted felon, so, likely, he will not be seeing anything but prison bars for the foreseeable future if convicted on this charge.
The Thomas County Sheriff’s Office wrote, “He will now be a resident of the Thomas County Jail and will be held accountable for trying to take the life of three of our Deputies.”
The office added, “Our efforts will now shift to getting our Deputies back to 100%.”
This attack is but one in a slew of attacks that have taken place against law enforcement around the country.
Even with these attacks, however, liberal DAs placed by George Soros continue to look to lower penalties and sentences for convicted criminals.
What do you believe the sentence should be for anyone firing shots at an officer?
