Border agents have seen and heard enough.
A very tense exchange was captured during a recent visit to the Laredo, TX, border station.
Agents have clearly had enough and are starting to push back against leadership.
Just Let Us Do Our Job
Joe Biden has gone the way of open borders, and it is not sitting well with the agents tasked to protect the border.
Secretary Mayorkas did a bit of a tour this week to visit the border stations.
Angry and frustrated agents greeted him at almost every stop.
In Arizona, an agent reportedly turned his back while Mayorkas spoke out of frustration.
The situation was far worse in Texas, however.
Border Patrol Chief Raul Ortiz admitted that “morale is at an all-time low.”
When you see the video of him interacting with his men, it is no wonder that morale has dipped.
One frustrated agent stated, “For evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing.
“That’s exactly what’s happening here.
“Good men are doing nothing.
“You’re allowing illegal aliens to be dropped off in communities.”
Mayorkas tried to sugarcoat the visit…

But he is a major part of the problem.
Remember when he joined Biden in wrongly accusing several border agents of whipping Haitian migrants, then promised an investigation would be completed in days, not weeks or months?
Mayorkas, at the time, stated, “We know that those images painfully conjured up the worst elements of our nation’s ongoing battle against systemic racism.”
Only he was completely wrong.
Well, we have all seen the videos proving the agents’ innocence by now, yet here we are four months later, no investigation results released and no public apology to the agents involved.
Former acting DHS Secretary Chad Wolf commented, stating, “I’ve never seen anything like that where Border Patrol agents are pushing back so aggressively on their leadership.
“And I think what is probably most striking from that video, which is if you can see in the background the DHS secretary is standing right there, he does not step up.
“He does not address any of these concerns from the Border Patrol agents. There’s no vision.
“There’s no leadership. He just stands to the side because he knows he cannot talk to these agents and defend what is going down on the border because of the policies of this administration.”
