Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) was one of several Republicans trying to expose the radical ideology of Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson.
Blackburn is still seething at the way Trump’s SCOTUS picks were treated.
However, she has been adamant that the GOP will not resort to such tactics while at the same time giving the American people a good look at this nominee.
Concerning
One of the major issues facing the country right now is transgender rights, especially when it comes to sports.
Lia Thomas has exposed a glaring problem with men playing women’s sports.
These issues have and will continue to come before the court, so it is very important to know where Jackson stands on this issue.
Considering she would not define a “woman,” that is pretty concerning.
Blackburn asked Jackson if schools should be able to teach gender issues.
Jackson responded, “Senator, I’m not making comments about what schools can teach.”
Blackburn then referred to a ruling by the late Justice Ginsburg citing the physical differences between men and women.
Blackburn then asked, “Do you agree with Justice Ginsburg that there are physical differences between men and women that are enduring?”
Jackson responded, “Um, senator, respectfully I am not familiar with that particular quote or case, so it’s hard for me to comment.”
When Senator Blackburn asked Jackson to provide a definition for the word “woman,” Jackson responded, “Can I provide a definition? No. I can’t.”
SEN. BLACKBURN: "Can you provide a definition of the word 'woman'?"
JACKSON: "No, I can't"
BLACKBURN: "You can't?"

Now, I don’t know about you, but that sounds like a prelude to someone that thinks men can give birth to babies.
Blackburn agreed, stating, “The fact that you can’t give me a straight answer about something as fundamental as what a woman is underscores the dangers of the kind of progressive education that we are hearing about.”
Jackson is now using ignorance to hide her real agenda.
We can only hope at least one Democrat sees through her charade and Republicans hold the line.
This woman cannot be approved for the Supreme Court.
