Pelosi Upset Over Intelligence Leaks, NOT SCOTUS Leak

House Speaker Pelosi (D-CA) is upset over a leak in our government.

It is not, however, the leak of the Supreme Court brief.

On Friday, Pelosi got a bit cranky over the fact there were intelligence leaks reported by the media.

We Already Knew

It is quite hypocritical that Pelosi is selectively choosing which leaks to be outraged about.

The individual the leaked the Supreme Court brief is being hailed as a hero.

That, however, is only because the leak benefitted the Democrat Party and is being used as a rallying point for the election.

The intelligence leak does not benefit Democrats, hence the outrage by Pelosi.

The leak was in regard to the United States helping Ukraine with intelligence that helped Ukraine sink a Russian warship.

Pelosi, outraged, stated, “As a person involved in intelligence for more than 25 years in the Congress, the first person in the leadership to have a security credential, I am very concerned about newspapers reporting if I don’t confirm or deny what that report is — but I don’t think it’s helpful to have that kind of reporting.”

She continued, “I say that with all of the respect in the world, and I protected the rights of — of the press to be protected when they put information out there, that the burden of proof has to be on the government to prove them harmful in any event.

“But I don’t think it’s helpful to say — whether it’s true or not, I can’t confirm. But what I do know, it’s not helpful.”

One word describes this perfectly… hypocrisy.
