To stand with Planned Parenthood’s stance on abortion is to stand against the Catholic church.
As a result, Nancy Pelosi got what was coming to her.
San Francisco Archbishop Salvatore Cordileone announced that Pelosi is now forbidden to receive Holy Communion.
Anybody who knowingly and constantly advocates for the murder of unborn babies is NOT a Christian, no matter what she tells you.
She is approving MURDER.
If she were advocating for manslaughter, rape, or assault, obviously the Catholic church wouldn’t think it appropriate for her to be taking Holy Communion.
Why is clamoring for the murder of unborn babies any different?
In the eyes of Archbishop Salvatore Cordileone, it’s not.
Many Americans seem to agree.
“In light of my responsibility as the Archbishop of San Francisco to be ‘concerned for all the Christian faithful entrusted to [my] care’ (Code of Canon Law, can. 383, §1), by means of this communication I am hereby notifying you that you are not to present yourself for Holy Communion and, should you do so, you are not to be admitted to Holy Communion, until such time as you publicly repudiate your advocacy for the legitimacy of abortion and confess and receive absolution of this grave sin in the sacrament of Penance.” Cordileone said.
