The FBI reportedly received numerous tips, including pictures of Kelley at the event.
The filing says that Kelley was among those that pushed their way past Capitol Police, but it was unclear if Kelley was among those that actually entered the building.
According to the affidavit, Kelley stated, “Covid-19 was made so that they can use the propaganda to control your minds so that you think, if you watch the media, that Joe Biden won this election.
“We’re not going to buy it.
“We’re going to stand and fight for America, for Donald Trump.
“We’re not going to let the Democrats steal this election.”
Kelley has had a rather meteoric rise in polling since the disqualification of several candidates, but that is expected to settle down by the time voting takes place.
Donald Trump has not yet backed anyone in this race.
