Well, it finally happened.
Someone in professional sports actually had the courage to stand up to the politicization of the vaccine.
Aaron Rodgers went off on the woke mob that is now coming after him for not being vaccinated.
He Never Said It
When Aaron Rodgers tested positive for COVID, the sports world blew up.
It was not that he had tested positive as much as they all believed he had been vaccinated, but it came out that he never was.
For the record, Rodgers never said he was vaccinated, he said he had been “immunized.”
As it turns out, Rodgers has been taking alternative treatments to prevent COVID infection.
Rodgers believes it is a personal choice to get vaccinated, which I 100 percent support.
Obviously, most on the left do not see it that way, or at least the talking heads don’t, so they went off on Rodgers for his “selfish” act of not being vaccinated.
Rodgers finally pushed back, calling them all hypocrites for blasting the vaccine when Trump was in office, then suddenly flipping after Joe Biden won.
Rodgers stated, “When [then-President Donald] Trump in 2020 was champion[ing] these vaccines that were coming so quick, what did the left say?
“And I’m talking about every member of the left: ‘Don’t trust the vaccine, don’t get the vaccine, you’re gonna die from the vaccine.’
“And then what happened? [President Joe] Biden wins, and everything flips. Shouldn’t that initially give you a little bit of pause … isn’t this s**t about health and not about, like, politics?”
You can see the interview in the video below…
Rodgers, of course, is 100 percent right on this.
Joe Biden flat-out stated the vaccine could not be trusted under Trump, but the media continues to ignore the fact that much of the uncertainty regarding the vaccine is because of the misinformation Democrats were putting out before the election.
I am far from an Aaron Rodgers fan, but I am very glad he stood his ground here and pushed back against this nonsense.
