Arizona AG Says Biden Hiding ICE Annual Report

Once again, the Biden administration is being accused of being less than transparent.

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich brought the charge against the Biden administration this week on Fox News.

The fact the administration has not yet released the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) annual report has him very concerned.

Show Us the Numbers

The fiscal year ended on the last day of September.

After more than 140 days, we have still not seen the annual ICE report.

There is a reason for that.

The Biden administration knows the numbers will be bad and the last thing Joe needs right now is more bad press.

What makes this a blatant attempt at hiding the numbers is the usual timing of the report.

Most years, before the calendar year is out, this report has been publicized.

Not this year, however, and now Brnovich wants answers.

Brnovich penned a letter to Secretary Mayorkas demanding to see the report.

He wrote, “The failure to release this report is hardly in line with that pledge.

“It gives rise to concerns that your Department has something to hide from the American people and has not accomplished its mission to uphold the rule of law.”

So, what is Biden hiding?

We have had the fewest deportations we have seen in years with record-setting illegal crossings.

In 2020, there were more than 185,000 removals. In 2019, there were more than 267,000 removals.

From the data Fox News has been able to gather, there were only 55,590 removals in 2021… let that sink in a bit.

Open borders… that is what Joe Biden and Secretary Mayorkas are covering up.
