National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan could have a real problem on his hands.

Sullivan was a key player in the Hillary Clinton campaign during the 2016 campaign.

Through the latest Durham update, we now know that her campaign was spying on Trump Tower and the White House when Trump was in office.

Sullivan had been asked about this, and denied the allegations, yet some of his statements at the time are leading people to believe he knew exactly what was going on.

Did He Know?

The problem for Sullivan is that the very information he was touting to the media is believed to have been the information that was created to take down Trump.

Regarding Trump communications with the Kremlin-linked Alfa Bank, Sullivan stated, “This could be the most direct link yet between Donald Trump and Moscow.”

He continued, “This secret hotline may be the key to unlocking the mystery of Trump’s ties to Russia.

“It certainly seems the Trump Organization felt it had something to hide, given that it apparently took steps to conceal the link when it was discovered by journalists.

“This line of communication may help explain Trump’s bizarre adoration of Vladimir Putin and endorsement of so many pro-Kremlin positions throughout this campaign.”

Unless Sullivan was a complete moron, there is no way he would have said this unless he knew where the information came from.

Daniel Hoffman, a respected CIA officer who was the agency’s station chief in Moscow, made that exact point.

Hoffman stated, “If you’re the national security adviser, or you’re the foreign policy advisor for presidential candidate Secretary Hillary Clinton, you got to be able to look at the information and vet it before you make a conclusion.”

At the time, we are all wondering how she got this information, now we know that Hillary paid techs to spy on Trump Towers, which is where this information originated.

And, to be clear, the Mueller report proved all of the “evidence” that Hillary claimed to have was garbage.

Sullivan, in December 2017, was asked, “Are you aware of any collusion, coordination, or conspiracy by yourself or by any other members of the campaign that you were working with to procure fake Russian information to harm Donald Trump?”

He responded, “I mean, you will forgive me if I want to say more than just an emphatic ‘No’ to that answer, because I find that totally absurd.”

Again, though, the Durham filing would seem to challenge that statement.

Devin Nunes, the former congressman from California and current CEO of Trump’s social media company, also chimed in.

Nunes, who served as the House Intelligence Committee Chairman, stated, “Look, that seems like everybody who was involved in the Russia hoax was actually promoted.

“So if you were in the Obama White House, and you participated in this hoax, you got a major promotion, you got a new job.”

I have made this point many times… the Biden administration is just one big payoff and coverup.

Donald Trump was never supposed to win, so Democrats had to get him out before he could uncover everything they did to try to stop him in 2016.

When Biden won the election, all the pieces were put in play to remove Trump and cover this entire mess up.

There was only one problem… the Durham probe.
