Arizona Sector Border Numbers Up Almost 600 Percent from Last Fiscal Year

We all know the border numbers are out of control.

It is how out of control they are that most people cannot comprehend.

For instance, in Arizona, one sector’s numbers are up by a shocking 579 percent over the 2021 fiscal year.

Out of Control

As most of you reading this know, last year’s numbers dwarfed the numbers of any recent reports.

In many areas (as well as overall), they were record-setting numbers.

This administration has done everything within its power to legalize illegal immigration.

It has gotten so bad that Secretary Mayorkas flat-out stated that crossing the border illegally is no longer the sole reason this administration will deport people.

This has led to an onslaught of border crossers.

In Arizona, the Yuma sector has had 154,116 encounters so far this fiscal year.

That is a 579 percent increase during the same period in 2021.

Even the sectors that were pummeled last year, such as the Del Rio sector, have seen a significant increase.

Del Rio is up 179 percent, Rio Grande Valley is up 50 percent, and the El Paso sector is up 57 percent.

Only one sector reported a decrease, and that was the Laredo sector, which saw a mere one percent decrease in encounters.

The really worrisome aspect of this is that we are just now getting into peak migration season, so we can fully expect last year’s record numbers to be crushed when this fiscal year comes to a close.
