When the idea of federal vaccine mandates for businesses in this country was introduced, there was significant pushback from the right.

We are officially in overreach territory and we are starting to see significant pushback in states and among small business owners.

At the top of that list is Ben Shapiro of the Daily Wire, who stated the publication would not enforce the vaccine mandate as well as filing a suit to challenge the legality of the order.

We Will Not Comply

Shapiro is out to take the entire system down.

He stated, “We are not going to comply with this mandate and we’ve already filed a federal lawsuit with the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals to stop this mandate.

“It is unconstitutional, it is illegal, it violates the original enabling act for OSHA.

“It is completely anti-scientific as well.”

He added, “This has nothing to do with actually mitigating COVID and everything to do with top-down control by the Biden administration.”

Shapiro concluded, “This has nothing to do with actually mitigating COVID and everything to do with top-down control by the Biden administration.”

Ironically, if such an order were going to be the most effective in terms of mitigation, it would be going into effect before the Christmas shopping season, not after it.

So, apparently, it will be okay for employees and customers to be around each other without being vaccinated until January.

Then, the magic dust disappears and businesses will either enforce the mandate or risk being fined tens of thousands of dollars for violations.
