Is Joe Biden breaking the law?

That is the question broached by Fox News’ Tucker Carlson after a bombshell report was filed by the New York Post.

The outlet discovered that multiple charter flights had left Texas in the dead of night for suburban New York, reportedly relocating unaccompanied minors who had crossed the border illegally.

Breaking the Law?

Reports started to surface last week that planes were arriving in West Chester, NY, with what mostly appeared to be children and teens.

However, there were some on board that appeared to be in their early 20s.

The two flights noted above arrived at 10:49 p.m. and 9:52 p.m.

In all, there have been 21 of these flights since August 8.

An investigation by the New York Post found that there were roughly 2,000 illegal immigrants on the planes that were released to family members or taken to shelter facilities.

All of the flights have arrived at odd hours of the night, making it appear like some black-op being run by the government to keep the American people in the dark.

After the report was published, Governor Ron DeSantis’ spokesperson Christina Pushaw asked, “If the Biden Administration is so confident that their open-border policy is good for our country, why the secrecy?

“Why is the Biden Administration refusing to share even the most basic information about illegal alien resettlement in communities throughout our state and the entire country?

“Washington DC sets immigration policies that do not affect them, and states — that lack information about migrant resettlement and do not have the authority to change federal immigration policy — are expected to bear the brunt of Biden’s reckless open-borders agenda.”
