Joe Biden is not backing off.

Even with all the adverse reports starting to surface regarding the COVID vaccine, Joe still wants to force federal workers to take the jab.

Even though the CDC has backed off guidelines, Joe still wants them to take the jab or lose their job.

Not Backing Down

The case is Feds for Medical Freedom v. Biden.

The case was filed in Texas last year, and it is now working its way through the courts.

The next step is the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in September.

The Biden administration has vowed to fight this case every step of the way to keep vaccine mandates in place for federal workers.

This is happening even though the CDC has drastically backed off its guidelines.

The new changes read, “CDC’s COVID-19 prevention recommendations no longer differentiate based on a person’s vaccination status because breakthrough infections occur, though they are generally mild, and persons who have had COVID-19 but are not vaccinated have some degree of protection against severe illness from their previous infection.”

If further stated, “quarantine of exposed persons is no longer recommended, regardless of vaccination status.”

Manhattan Institute senior fellow for constitutional studies Ilya Shapiro believes the administration will have a hard time winning the case.

Shapiro stated, “It goes to the standard of arbitrary and capricious under administrative procedure… If there’s really no reason to require this if the CDC itself… is saying that there’s no benefit if there’s no difference between vaccinated and unvaccinated, then why is he doing this?”

Biden, however, has backed himself up into a wall with no escape.

They need to take this to the wall due to what they did to unvaccinated military members who did not want to take the jab.

The moment his vaccine mandate goes by the wayside, you better believe there will be attorneys lining up a class-action suit for all federal workers that lost their jobs over this mandate.
