There are clearly two sets of rules in this country reliant upon the letter after your name.
If you have an “R,” you must follow the rules.
If you have a “D,” you can do whatever you want.
Different Rules
When Trump was trying to reallocate congressionally approved funding, there was outrage throughout Congress.
Trump eventually got Democrats to sign off on some border wall funding, however.
That money is now going toward Democrat pet projects.
After Joe Biden halted border wall construction, there were billions of dollars sidelined that had been dedicated to that project.
Now, however, that money will be used for “Community Consultations.”

All you need to do is see the look on OMB Director Shalanda Young’s face to know they are up to no good.
It is as though she is saying, “We will do what we want, and you cannot stop us.”
What Biden is doing is illegal, period.
Trump got hammered for this, but nobody is saying a word about it now that Biden is the one writing his own rule book on congressionally approved funding.
