While Joe Biden was away at his Delaware home for the weekend, all hell broke loose in DC.
The most crushing blow was Senator Manchin (D-W.V.) walking away from the Build Back Better (BBB) legislation.
Joe Biden’s response… cancel all public appearances, shut out the media, and go into hiding again.

When Joe Biden returned to the White House on Monday morning, the media and American people wanted a response directly from him regarding the BBB plan.
We were all disappointed.
Biden departed Marine One with his head down and headed straight to the White House.
As usual, he acted as though the media were not there when they pressed him for comments on the death of BBB.
Biden’s calendar was cleared of all public appearances.
As far as we know, the only meetings Biden is holding today are one with Kamala Harris and the COVID-19 response team.
However, the media will not have access to either of those meetings.
In the meantime, the only person the media has to ask about this is White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki.
She already issued a statement on Biden’s behalf on Sunday after the news broke, but we still have yet to hear from Joe Biden directly on this.
We do expect the media to pepper Psaki with questions about the Manchin statement during her daily press briefing, and if her initial statement was any indication, it is basically war with Manchin right now.
That is also the case with the rest of the Democrat Party, as about a dozen high-profile Democrats have already crushed Manchin in the media after the announcement.
