After Joe Biden’s new mandates were announced, there was significant criticism unleashed online.
While conservatives were outraged, liberals were more than happy to admit that Biden was circumventing the Constitution with the new mandates.
Chief of Staff Ron Klain retweeted one of those claims, more or less admitting that he knows this administration just issued an order that violates our Constitution.
Oops
There is no doubt that Biden’s mandates will be resisted, especially when it comes to dictating vaccines and testing to businesses that have more than 100 employees.
To try to give the order more bite, it will come via a new OSHA regulation.
MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle openly admitted that this was a way for Biden to sidestep the Constitution to try to get the order to hold up legally…
OSHA doing this vaxx mandate as an emergency workplace safety rule is the ultimate work-around for the Federal govt to require vaccinations.

That tweet was retweeted by Chief of Staff Ron Klain, a fact that was quickly noticed by many of those critical of the new mandates…
Important.
Foolish RT from WH chief of staff. He said the quiet part out loud.
Biden admin knows it’s likely illegal (like the eviction moratorium) but they don’t care. https://t.co/AlfmYtuvhp

As Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) stated, this would now be the second time that Biden and his administration have issued an order they flat-out know violates the Constitution, which, by default, is a violation of Joe Biden’s oath of office.
Cruz was not alone in pushing back, as several governors are already stated they will fight these new mandates.
Arizona Governor Doug Ducey stated, “This is exactly the kind of big government overreach we have tried so hard to prevent in Arizona — now the Biden-Harris administration is hammering down on private businesses and individual freedoms in an unprecedented and dangerous way.
“This will never stand up in court.”
Let’s hope he is right.
