Democrats politicized the pandemic to no end to get Joe Biden into the White House.

One of the common phrases by Joe Biden at the time was that he would “shut down” COVID if he was elected to the presidency.

Now that he is in office, however, he is singing a far different tune.

Broken Promises

Biden has found out, much as we already knew, there is no “shutting down” of the virus.

We need to learn how to live with it.

As I have stated many times, this is the new flu on steroids.

Now Biden seems to be making that shift as well.

After being asked if he was no longer going to “shut down” COVID, Biden replied, “We gotta beat it back before we shut it down. Look, this is gonna take time worldwide. In order to beat COVID, we need to shut it down worldwide.”

That one answer shows just how duplicitous Democrats were during the campaign.

The fact of the matter is that controlling COVID has always relied on efforts by the entire globe, more so now that Joe Biden has an open borders policy for the United States.

We are not going to eradicate this problem, period.

Biden, in failing to shut down the pandemic, actually went the other way, stating, “Experts say that COVID-19 cases will continue to rise in the weeks ahead this winter, and that we will see more omicron cases here in the United States in the days, weeks and months ahead.

“I know that Americans are exhausted from COVID-19 and want to know when it will end, and the new variant is adding to that unease.”

He added, “We will beat it back with science and speed, not chaos and confusion – just as we did in the spring and again with the more powerful delta variant in the summer and fall.”

It was all lies, America… every word that came out of his mouth during the campaign, all lies.
