Joe Biden’s quest to force Americans to take the jab took a major blow this week.
A federal appeals court judge put a temporary halt to the order.
The order gives Texas at least a temporary victory, with many more lawsuits to fight the order sitting on the dockets of courts around the country.
We Won
When the ruling came down, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton celebrated.
He stated, “Yesterday, I sued the Biden Admin over its unlawful OSHA vax mandate.
“WE WON. Just this morning, citing ‘grave statutory and constitutional issues,’ the 5th Circuit stayed the mandate.
“The fight is not over and I will never stop resisting this Admin’s unconstitutional overreach!”
Prior to the appeals court decision, Paxton had stated, “Biden’s new vaccine mandate on private businesses is a breathtaking abuse of power.
“OSHA has only limited power & specific responsibilities.
“This latest move goes way outside those bounds.
“This ‘standard’ is flatly unconstitutional.
“I’m asking the Court to strike it down.”
Many constitutional experts have come forward expressing the same concerns, questioning the administration’s ability to issue such a mandate in the private sector.
Everyone in the country will be watching this, as the administration is now reportedly considering the same mandate on businesses smaller than 100.
If this order is eventually struck down, it is a safe assumption the new order will go right into the trash.
