I have lost count of how often I have accused Democrats of setting it aside to suit their agenda.
Well, Joe Biden has done it again, literally telling business owners to ignore a court order and implement his vaccine mandate.
What Order?
On Saturday, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals paused Biden’s vaccine mandate order for businesses.
The suit was filed by several states, most notably Texas.
The mandate is being challenged on its constitutionality, and the court agreed the matter needs to be investigated further before the mandate can be put in place.
In part, the ruling read, “Because the petitions give cause to believe there are grave statutory and constitutional issues with the Mandate, the Mandate is hereby STAYED pending further action by this court.”
However, the Biden administration is completely ignoring the order, calling on businesses to move ahead and enforce the mandate.
On Monday, White House Deputy Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre stated, “We think people should not wait.
“They should continue to move forward and make sure that they’re getting their workplace vaccinated.”
If this mandate is in place and enforced, Americans will lose their jobs… that is a fact.
That is also something this administration has proven time and again that it could care less about.
The more Americans that get fired, the more job openings they have for the illegal immigrants and refugees they are about to hand out work visas to.
Priorities… the American people are clearly one for this administration.
