Senator Josh Hawley has some serious concerns over Biden’s Supreme Court nominee Judge Kentanji Brown.
Once you hear it, you’ll realize that this might not be a judge we want deciding the future of America.
Time and time again, Ketanji Brown has been excessively soft of child predators.
Neither her nor her camp seems to have a good reason why.
Jackson has seen a number of child pornography cases in her courtroom, coinciding with the same number of relatively lax decisions against child porn offenders.
Why? We don’t really know, but Hawley thinks it’s time somebody fills us in.
“Judge Jackson has a pattern of letting child porn offenders off the hook for their appalling crimes,” the Republican from Missouri said. “Both as a judge and as a policymaker. She’s been advocating for it since law school. This goes beyond ‘soft on crime.’ I’m concerned that this a record that endangers our children.”
Liberals have indiscriminately coming to Jackson’s defense.
Senator Richard Blumenthal, a Democrat from Connecticut, said that “I’m not worried about it” when asked about Jackson’s concerning record. Blumenthal added that he had not fully examined the cases.
