Just this weekend, reports broke that several VA hospitals in New York are being chopped from the budget.
Well, we just found out where some of that money is going to get spent.
Reports broke on Thursday that deep inside that budget is money for attorneys… for illegal immigrants.
Paying Them to Fight the System
Earlier this month, Secretary Mayorkas announced that USCIS agents would begin deciding on asylum cases.
We are assuming that is to make it much easier to push through asylum cases.
The cuts to VA funding appear to have been significant, so much so, in fact, some Democrats are pushing back.
Is this where that money went…
I wish I could say the funding bill will get blocked, but there is not much the Republicans can do about it.
We fully expect that if the GOP refuses to back the bill, the Democrats will try to use reconciliation again.
Of course, that is only if they can get moderate senators to fall in line.
Regardless of how this works, just know that Joe Biden plans on spending another $150 million of taxpayer money to help people that break the law.
