I have been making a case for days that Joe Biden’s Afghanistan debacle is an impeachable offense.
Again, it is not that he left; it is the way he left and the disastrous aftermath of the withdrawal.
Senator Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) both agree, having called for Biden’s impeachment for high crimes and misdemeanors.
Deserves to be Impeached
The fact Americans are being abandoned behind Taliban lines is an utter disgrace.
Every single American in that country should have been evacuated before the final 2,500 troops were pulled out.
A plan should have been in place regarding supplies and equipment if it fell into enemy hands.
None of that took place, and now top Republicans want accountability.
Graham stated, “If we leave one American behind, if we don’t get all those Afghans who stepped up to the plate and helped us out, then Joe Biden, in my view, has committed a high crime and misdemeanor under the Constitution, and should be impeached.”
I would stake it a step further and state that if even a single hair on an American head is out of place trying to get out of Afghanistan at the hands of the Taliban, Biden should be impeached.
Greene issued a similar statement, hitting Biden for “dereliction of duty.”
Green stated that Biden had “failed to secure the extraction of thousands of American civilians and Afghan Allies” and “armed our enemies” with his failed withdrawal plan.
She added, “In seven short months, Joe Biden has caused America to lose the respect of the entire world.
“The evidence is clear and his actions are so egregious that he must be impeached.”
