Packing the Court is a widely unpopular idea.

However, Joe Biden’s Supreme Court commission may have come up with another plan.

According to reports, the commission is now looking at introducing term limits for all justices.

But the Constitution…

A Supreme Court appointment is meant to be a lifetime appointment.

While I firmly believe some justices stay on well past their time, term limits are not quite the answer, yet that is where Biden’s commission seems to be leaning.

The judicial panel released “discussion materials” to open the door to this idea.

Term limits are a terrible idea when you consider some justices are appointed at a young age, relatively speaking.

The only “limit” on justices I believe could be enforceable is to make them pass physicals and cognitive testing every so many years.

This should be not aged restrictive, either, just part of a program that would they would have to go through every so many years.

We should see movement on this very soon, as Democrats are expected to lose power in the 2022 election cycle.

They literally have one year to put their nefarious plan in place.

After that, the court will be protected again by Republicans.
