Joe Biden had barely stepped off Air Force One to visit a Ford plant in Detroit when Rep. Tlaib (D-MI) got in his face.
Biden and Tlaib could be seen chatting after his arrival, with the conversation appearing heated at times.
Not surprisingly, Biden then went out of his way to compliment Tlaib during a speech later in the day.
Tense Chat
If you are a reader of body language, watch what goes on here between Joe and Tlaib.
There are quite a few testy moments where it is obvious Biden is trying to settle things down, but Tlaib is going full bore after Joe regarding Palestine…
After that confrontation, Joe made it a point to kiss up to her, not wanting to upset the uber-leftists in the party.
Biden stated, “Rashid Tlaib — where’s Rashid? I’ll tell you what, Rashid, I want to say to you that I admire your intellect, I admire your passion, and I admire your concern for so many other people.
“It is from my heart that I pray that your grandmom and family are well, and I promise you I’m going to do everything to see that they are on the West Bank.
“You are a fighter, and God, thank you for being a fighter.”
Did You Notice…
There was another tasty little tidbit in the appearance by Biden that is already blowing up the internet.
Biden got off the plane without a mask, and even though he was outside and in a small group, when Biden realized the cameras were on him, he put on his mask.
Joe Biden will take some monster hits on this, especially considering he was pandering to Tlaib, who has made some outrageous accusations against Israel over the last week, especially over the last 48 hours.
Between that and the mask-wearing, outside, around vaccinated people, Biden gives his detractors oodles of material to use against him.
