Biden Yet to Condemn Attack on Kavanaugh, Protests

After the thwarted attack against Justice Kavanaugh, we would have expected Joe Biden to get out there very loudly and forcefully decry the attack and the protests at the homes of our SCOTUS justices.

That has not happened.

Not only that, but when directly asked about it, even though there is a law against it, this White House refused to decry the protests moving forward.

What Is Going On?

When White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was asked about the protests and the administration’s stance on this, she responded, “We have not weighed in on where people should or should not protest.

“We have said that all Americans have the right to peacefully protest, whatever their point of view, but that attempts at intimidation and violence are totally unacceptable, and that they need to be condemned anytime they happen, regardless of who does it.”

She is wrong, however, because nobody, per federal law, is permitted to protest outside a judge’s home to influence the outcome of a case or intimidation.

That is not even up for debate.

Our own Justice Department continues to look the other way when it should be locking these people up.

Jean-Pierre also lied about Biden having previously decried the planned murder-suicide attack against Kavanaugh…

To this point, Biden has not publicly said anything about the attack, and he is in a large group of high-profile Democrats that have literally said nothing about it.

As I have stated before, I firmly believe this administration and people like House Speaker Pelosi (D-CA) want these justices to be intimidated, at the very least, to change the opinion in the brief that was leaked on Roe v. Wade.

I believe they are also hoping that either Kavanaugh or Amy Coney Barrett, both of whom have young children at home, decide to step away from the bench so Biden can make another appointment.
