Border Patrol Stops 23 on Terror List from Entering Country

Why do we monitor our borders and not allow just anyone to come across and enter this country?

For one, we need to regulate immigration so as not to crash our economy.

Secondly, we need to stop the bad guys from getting in.

In 2021, CBP managed to nab 23 suspected terrorists, according to the latest border reports.

But How Many Got Away?

Since Joe Biden took office, Customs and Border Patrol stated that it had arrested 23 individuals on the Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB).

They tried to enter through various ports along our southern border.

While it is good news they were all captured, I cannot help but wonder how many got away from the authorities.

Roughly speaking, for all illegals captured at the border, about 20 to 30 percent of that number evaded authorities and made it across the border.

That is what Reps. James Comer and John Katko and trying to get to the bottom of right now.

Two House members penned a letter to DHS Secretary Mayorkas, stating, “Reporting indicates that multiple individuals with terrorist ties have been recently apprehended after illegally crossing the border, and that such encounters may be increasing.

“The American people deserve to know whether President Biden’s weak border policies are allowing terrorists to enter our homeland.”

Since this administration is not freely releasing this information, we cannot help but wonder what they are trying to hide on this front.

When Joe Biden took office, I stated that his lax border policies would bring the reality of another 9/11 back to this country.

I hope I am wrong, but the immigration numbers we continue to see are beyond bothersome, leading me to believe that numerous terrorists have more than likely evaded authorities and are somewhere in this country setting up shop.
