Breyer ‘Blindsided’ by Retirement Announcement

Justice Breyer, as far as we know, is still retiring.

However, the announcement getting out yesterday was not his doing.

According to a Fox News report, Breyer was “blindsided” when the announcement was made.

Not Ready

Breyer reportedly made the call to retire after the current term some time ago.

Sources stated that he is still firm in his decision.

However, he was not ready for the onslaught of attention and had no plans for yesterday to be the day this information was made public.

Shannon Bream stated that a source told her Breyer was actually “blindsided” when the reports started to surface.

As I stated yesterday, I firmly believe there was pressure being applied to Breyer on this front.

The fact his camp did not make the announcement more or less proves that to be true.

This was a PR move by the Biden camp, period, and I cannot be convinced otherwise.

Another notable from that report was that Kamala Harris does seem to be a possible consideration for being one of the names on Biden’s final list.

Now, this is arguably one of the most corrupt politicians of our time; one need only look at the cases she did not prosecute during her time as a DA.

We simply cannot have this woman on the court, period.

If she is the nominee, and I still think that is unlikely, she better get put through the wringer during her committee hearings to explain her stance on the Catholic Church, Herbalife, and the deal she made with Pacific Cement.

Would you be surprised if Joe Biden nominated Kamala Harris to be a Supreme Court justice?
