It would now appear as though the very selective programming at CNN has completely worn out its welcome.
Over the last three months, major stories have broken that should have resulted in negative coverage for Joe Biden, yet CNN often looked past the stories altogether or spun them.
Now, nobody is watching, with CNN missing the one million mark on viewership on almost every program.
Nobody Watching
Overall in October, CNN’s viewership dropped by a massive 76 percent from January.
The network only averaged 480,000/day viewership.
Fox News led the way with 1.4 million and MSNBC trailed behind at 657,000 daily viewers for the month.
Even CNN’s primetime lineup failed to draw many viewers, averaging only 733,000 to MSNBC’s 1.5 million and Fox News’ 2.6 million viewers.
In October, the top drawing show for the network was “Cuomo Prime Time,” averaging a mere 807,000 viewers.
“The Rachel Maddow” show has made a considerable comeback in the ratings for MSNBC, pulling in two million.
“Hannity” crushed the 9 p.m. time slot, averaging out at 2.7 million viewers.
In the 8 p.m. slot, it was all Tucker Carlson, averaging 3.1 million viewers over Chris Hayes getting 1.3 million and CNN’s Anderson Cooper bringing up the rear at 780,000.
Fox News also crushed the 10 p.m. slot, with Laura Ingraham winning the time slot with 2.2 million viewers.
Lawrence O’Donnell came in second with 1.3 million and Don Lemon was a distant third at 614,000 viewers.
