Senator Lindsey Graham, a Republican, has been in the news lately for the demand he’s made of the people in Russia.

One of you needs to kill Vladimir Putin.

He felt so strongly about it, he definitely did NOT back down from his comments.

In fact, he reiterated them, even tweeting a call to action.

Is there a Brutus in Russia? Is there a more successful Colonel Stauffenberg in the Russian military?

The only way this ends is for somebody in Russia to take this guy out.

Now, if nobody’s going to kill Putin, Graham is going to do the next best thing:

Declare Putin a war criminal.

This isn’t all talk either, Graham has already introduced a resolution that will make the declaration official.
