Court Halts Lifting of Title 42 by Biden Administration

Joe Biden just got smacked in the teeth by another federal judge.

We are only weeks away from the scheduled end of Title 42, and Joe Biden wanted it to expire.

A Louisiana federal court, however, slammed the brakes, issuing a temporary restraining order to keep the order in place… for now.

You Lose

After the order was issued, Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt celebrated.

Schmitt stated, “Our Office just obtained a temporary restraining order to keep Title 42 in place.

“This is a huge victory for border security, but the fight continues on.”

Missouri is one of the originators of the suit, along with Louisiana and Arizona.

There are now almost two dozen states that have joined.

A hearing has now been scheduled for May 13 to expedite the matter, which his 10 days before the rule was scheduled to expire.

While red states brought the suit, this is far from a partisan issue.

To that point, Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-TX) stated, “This is not good for Democrats in November. You know, in talking with some of my Republican colleagues, they’re saying ‘We can’t believe the White House is giving us this narrative.

“We can’t believe that they’re hurting Democrat candidates for the November election.”

That would be because they are carrying out their agenda, not the agenda of We the People.

As a Democrat, Rep. Cuellar,  you should expect that…, perhaps it is time you change parties if you want to represent the will of the people.
