Dr. Anthony Fauci could have some serious legal problems on his hands very soon.
The NIH has released a statement admitting that EcoHealth Alliance violated the Terms and Conditions for an NIH grant.
The agency has now openly admitted that gain-of-function research was taking place, the complete opposite of what Dr. Fauci has been saying during the pandemic.
Will There Be Justice
Whatever you would consider being bigger than a bombshell, this is it.
It ultimately puts Dr. Fauci’s credibility in jeopardy and opens up to some severe legal problems.
Do not forget, Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) repeatedly asked Fauci about this and offered him the opportunity to rescind his previous testimony.
The evidence was cut and dry to Paul, who is a doctor, even though Fauci literally told him he had no idea what he was talking about.
If you recall, the exchanges between these two became very heated during multiple hearings, but it is now Paul that will have the last word…

Former Trump Chief of Staff Mark Meadows also sent out a tweet regarding Fauci’s testimony…
This clip of @SenJohnKennedy questioning Dr. Fauci in May on ‘gain of function’ research is suddenly worth a re-watch.

Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR) has also demanded that Fauci be investigated…
He should be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. https://t.co/GboEpfwSNq

We were purposely misled on this front, yet we are still waiting for word from the White House if anything will be done to Dr. Fauci.
My guess is that Psaki will just offer up more spin, somehow making Fauci out to be the victim here.
In reality, he should be immediately terminated, investigated, and prosecuted to the full extent of the law, just as Republicans are asking.
While anyone can make a mistake, Fauci’s cockiness and defiant tone throughout demand the book and everything in it is thrown at him here.
