Dem Senator Predicts ‘Revolution’ if Roe v. Wade Overturned

As you read this, the Supreme Court is hearing arguments for a landmark case that terrifies Democrats.

Many believe if there were ever a time for Roe v. Wade to be overturned, this would be it.

In response, Democrats are creating whispers that could impact the decision.

It’s a Revolution

I can say without hesitation that the first year of the new Supreme Court bench has seen its fair share of cases influenced by the temperature outside the Court.

Several decisions were handed down where Justice Roberts seemed more worried about public perception than justice.

The same can be said for all three of Trump’s justices, who have at times made decisions completely against what conservatives were expecting.

This is upsetting only in the premise that it seemed noise outside the Court was impacting the decisions just as much, if not more, than the Constitution.

I mention all this because I believe the Democrat and liberal panic over Roe v. Wade is all for naught, but that will not prevent the pressure from being applied.

For instance, Sen. Jeanne Shaheen (D-N.H.), a known proponent of accessible abortion, has predicted a “revolution” will happen if the Court overturns the decision.

Shaheed stated, “I hope the Supreme Court is listening to the people of the United States because … I think if you want to see a revolution, go ahead, outlaw Roe v. Wade and see what the response is of the public, particularly young people.

“Because I think that will not be acceptable to young women or young men.”

She later added, “We cannot allow Republican lawmakers to turn back the clock on women’s reproductive health and rights, which is precisely what the Mississippi case seeks to do.

“It is time to sound the alarm.”

These types of threats surely impact decisions in our judiciary, even at the Supreme Court level.

Imagine being on that Court and knowing that your life will immediately be in danger if you vote to overturn this precedent.

You literally have elected officials issuing threats of a revolution… how is Shaheen’s statement any different from what Democrats have accused Trump of doing on January 6.

The kicker here, and we all know it is true, is that if Roe v. Wade were to be overturned and rioting ensued, not a single member of the Democrat Party would look at Shaheen’s comment as a driving factor.

Again, however, all these threats and all this worry are more than likely for naught.

I would all but guarantee that Justice Roberts will not overturn the decision and I would suspect that at least one of Trump’s nominees would do the same.

Roberts even stated that overturning Roe v. Wade would cause the need to reexamine hundreds of cases based on that precedent.

The Court may allow stricter abortion laws, but I do not believe it will ever outright overturn Roe v. Wade.

  1. 1st STOP Selling Dead baby Parts to the DRUG cartells called big pharma , this will stop part of the problem

Then limit the Term less than 3 mth s or 6 in medical emergency

then put murder 1 charges in place for the murderer doctors who do this ,

then put consequence in place for selling anything from abortion to any medical instuituion

    this will stop the problem

TAKE PROFIT out of the MURDER Business

  2. Is Sotomayor saying death is preferable over life? Our inalienable rights that come from God, are ‘Life’ Liberty’ and the pursuit of happiness and life come first because without life our country will seek to exist. God when He created all of us, gave us a soul. Life begins at conception like everything else that has life in this Universe. So far, the latest statics have us, as killing 67.1 million babies, who are persons but the process was stopped by abortion.
Do they ever consider the Economic impact that this will cause in the future because we will not have anybody to defend their selfishness and who will help pay the medical bill, when they are old and need help and where will there be jobs, where will there be new ideas which may bring better ways.
Our supreme Court is bound by the third Article, to defend the constitution. Marbury v. Madison decided it in 1803. Constitutional law is made up of statues, which are the letter of the law and there are no gray areas, like precedents so they can legislate. these people are bound by the constitution and the Constitution does not allow them to interfere with inalienable rights, which are in God’ realm.

  3. These corupt demrats have turned communist and have shown that lives mean nothing to them. Just their power over the people and greed.

  4. Roberts is right about the law. It was created out of high publicity at the time. Young people were pro-abortion because they were taught that getting pregnant would ruin their lives.

  5. There is nothing about abortion in the Constitution you would think that people would be against killing babies just because they don’t like that it may be a boy and not a girl or the other way around, I realize there are times when an abortion may be required but the fact that you can get one just because you want one is wrong glad that the left is going ape over this and the threat of a revolution is wrong

  6. SCOTUS is corrupt to the core. Whatever the CIA-FBI-DoD Junta tells the SCOTUS judges to do, the SCOTUS judges do it. It’s as rigged as the WWF is rigged. When will peeps wise up!

  7. If SCOTUS decision(s) are Constitutionally based, there is no argument, if they are politically or emotionally based, impeachments must be started…… I see Martial Law coming to return America to a Constitutional Republic of Trust and Honor, and the subversives & traitors brought to justice!
