The war of words between Joe Biden and Governor DeSantis has just gone up a notch.
Biden tried to be cute after hammering DeSantis in the media by referring to the Florida governor as “Governor who?”
DeSantis has fired right back, stating, “I guess I’m not surprised that Biden doesn’t remember me.
“I guess the question is what else has he forgotten?”
President Unity
Honestly, this back and forth would not be such a big deal had Joe Biden not stressed unity so much during his campaign and inauguration speech.
Now, he is alienating the governor who has done arguably the best job of anyone in the country to keep his economy alive while minimizing the damage done by COVID.
Fox News recently discussed this…
That statement, of course, brought about this response from DeSantis…

However, this goes well beyond DeSantis just being a Republican governor, as Brian Kilmeade alluded to in that first video.
DeSantis is a well-decorated Navy veteran (Kilmeade was wrong in saying he was a Marine).
In addition to being deployed with Navy SEAL Team One in Iraq, DeSantis has a fruit salad on his chest that includes a Bronze Star.
He is actually still in the Naval Reserve, serving as a Lieutenant Commander in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps.
If the media lost it on Donald Trump for insulting John McCain, when can we expect the same outrage for Biden insulting DeSantis?
