Disney Went Woke, ‘Lightyear’ Movie Goes Broke

Lately, Walt Disney has been experiencing some major fallout because of their loud political opinions.

Representative Jim Jordan, a Republican from Ohio, recently summed up what is happening to Disney right now.

“Buzz Lightyear went woke. The movie went broke”

Jordan posted the statement on Twitter, which obviously infuriated liberals.

The company’s newest addition to the Toy Story franchise, Lightyear, is currently SEVERELY underperforming at the box office.

In its opening weekend, the film was predicted to pull in $80,000,000 at the box office.

It ended up collecting barely over half that.

Considering that Disney poured around $300,000,000 into producing and marketing the movie, the film is expected to lose a TON of money.

As Walt Disney pretends to scratch their head about how this could possibly happen, Jim Jordan knows why.

The company went woke, inserting gay kissing into a CHILDREN’S MOVIE.

Contrary to what liberals think, parents are going to be the final judges of what their children are subjected to.

At least in terms of Lightyear‘s homoerotic messaging, the parents have spoken.
