An American staple, the Walt Disney Company, is making a big move to the left to pacify the woke crowd in this country.
Governor Ron DeSantis’ parental rights bill has created outrage on the left, with the bill being totally misrepresented by Democrats.
Disney has chosen to side with the radicals, and now Disney employees are finally speaking out.
Bad Move
Disney has been taken over by high-level managers that think it is okay for children to decide if they want to be mutilated.
Imagine having the power to make such a life decision at 10 when you need to be 18 to vote and 21 to have a drink.
Hell, you can’t even get behind the wheel of a car until you are 16!
Reports surfaced over the last few days that Disney executives are hoping to have half the catalog represent the LGBTQ+ community.
To conservatives, this sounds like grooming rather than representation.
Disney currently functions as its own little world inside of Florida due to the passing of the 1967 Reedy Creek Improvement Act.
Legislators are now considering repealing that law, which would be devasting to Disney.
One employee stated, “I think that if Disney is going to continue this leftward lurch, and the legislature votes to give Disney the left-leaning policies that they’ve asked for, then they’ll be subject to the tyrannical rule of the mayor of Orange County, which they will soon regret.
“If Disney falls under Orange County regulations and taxes, I suspect they’ll think twice before pushing for more of them.”
Jose Castillo, a current employee and political candidate, is not happy about Disney using the word “we,” as though every employee is behind its statement regarding the parental rights bill.
He added, “It bothers me when I read public statements saying things like ‘we’ believe the bill shouldn’t have been passed.
“I’ve been with Disney for 13 years and am proud of my role in the company. When the company uses words like ‘we’ it should mean all of the Cast Members, and right now, that’s not the case.”
Children should be able to grow and develop, not have this forced on them, and there are more than a few parents groups now saying they will never take their children to Disney again because of this radical change.
If Disney loses its legislative protections as well as massive boycotting by parents, my guess is the bottom line will take precedence over this ridiculous woke stance it is taking right now.
