Representative Jim Jordan broke the news of what the FBI is up to.

To saw that Jordan is upset about it would be quite the understatement.

The FBI is suspending employees who peacefully protested on January 6, 2021 before the riots.

“According to several whistleblowers, the FBI is suspending the security clearances of FBI employees for their participation in protected First Amendment activity on January 6, 2021,” Jordan wrote in a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray.

The FBI’s move applies to people that peacefully attended the rally hours before the protest, even if they were nowhere to be found once the illicit behavior started.

The suspensions show that “the FBI believes the employees who attended protests on January 6 are no longer loyal to the United States.”

Because of that, we really can’t believe that this isn’t just the first step in ousting these folks from the Bureau.

“Such a suspension is likely to be the first step in terminating employment.”

The suspension of these individuals in unconstitutional because “although the FBI has a ban on its employees engaging in partisan political campaigns, that does not mean they give up their rights to engage in political speech activity.”

U.S. Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz gave the usual politician type of answer that signifies absolutely nothing is going to be done to correct this massive injustice:

“In view of the concern you have raised, we will ask the FBI to provide the bases for the security clearance and personnel actions taken against the employees you reference in your letter, based on the information we receive, we will assess whether to conduct a further review.”

Sure, let’s let Biden’s buddies investigate themselves. Nothing shady there…
