Federal Judge Halts Ending of Title 42

Not so fast, Joe.

That was the message from Judge Robert Summerhays in the Western District of Louisiana.

Summerhays has put a hold on the ending of Title 42, which was set to expire on Monday.

Someone Cares

It is widely believed, including members of the Democrat Party and this current administration, that ending Title 42 will create an even larger surge at the border.

Even so, Biden was determined to let it expire rather than continuing it as a deterrent.

The lawsuit was brought about by two dozen red states and led by Arizona, Louisiana, and Missouri.

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich stated, “Today’s ruling is a significant win as Title 42 is one of the few policies that is actually working.

“I’m grateful to the court for upholding the rule of law and helping maintain some level of sanity as we continue to battle the Biden-made border crisis.”

Our Department of Homeland Security admitted that it expects 18,000 illegals to come over the border every day once this order is lifted.

Yet, they are doing nothing to slow the flow for some reason.

Actually, we know what the reason is… this was Biden’s plan all along.

A week ago, Joe Biden told Americans that prices aren’t actually high.

But the numbers don’t lie.

Inflation is up 14.4% since Biden took office.

And all the president can offer are more lies.

Inflation ⬆️ more than expected.

Overall CPI: +6.4% y/y
Fuel Oil: +27.7%
Electricity: +11.9%
Groceries: +11.3%
Chicken +10.5%
Milk: +11%
Eggs: +70.1%
Bread: +14.9%
Potatoes: +12.4%
Baby Food: +10%
Airline Fares: +25.6%
Real Average Hourly Earnings: -1.8%

Year-over-year real wages have been negative for 22 months - ever since Biden forced through his $1.9 trillion "stimulus."

That's a wages recession for American workers.
