Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) has introduced articles of impeachment against Attorney General Merrick Garland.
They will never hit the floor with Pelosi’s hand on the gavel, but I like what she is thinking.

So, for all intents and purposes, this is nothing more than a political stunt by Taylor.
With Democrats in charge of Congress, it is too early to start thinking about impeaching anyone.

Greene will cause a big stink here, and Pelosi will dismiss her concerns and never allow these articles to hit the floor.
This raid at Mar-a-Lago is likely to pan out as a nothing burger, showing that Garland has weaponized the DOJ as a campaign tool for Democrats.
That is not sitting well with a lot of people.
This now becomes low-hanging fruit for voters who want to see Garland pay for what he is doing.
It could be just enough of an influence in the upcoming election cycle to push some borderline Republicans to the finish line in the hopes that Garland does get impeached after this election cycle.
