Gavin Newsom TRIED to appeal to the woke mob that’s ruining America.

But this judge wouldn’t let him.

The judge from Los Angeles ruled that Newsom’s attempt to require corporations to put certain racial, ethnic, or LGBT+ groups on their boards was completely unconstitutional.

Of course it is.

This isn’t the Supreme Court, this is business.

The best employee is the best-qualified employee, and has nothing to do with the color of their skin or whatever weird sexual fetish they enjoy.

The law required boards to have hired an “underrepresented community member” by December 31 of last year.

Perhaps because people who don’t know what gender they are aren’t typically rational decision-makers or super leaders, many companies simply ignored the quota.

The State of California tried to mandate it.

Luckily, this judge had enough common sense not to let them.
