Semantics… that is what this administration loves to play.
That is actually being kind because what this administration deals with are outright lies.
Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) cleared a few of them up when he got Secretary of Defense Austin in the hot seat this week.

The idea of leaving American citizens behind enemy lines is unfathomable.
Well, it was until Joe Biden took office.
Joe Biden was on national TV, vowing not to leave ANY Americans behind.
That is, however, exactly what he did and there is simply no way to deny that.
Working to get Americans out now without a presence on the ground is not the same as making sure they all got out when we had assets on the ground.
When Senator Hawley got Austin in the hot seat, he went right for the throat.

That, my friends, is how you take down a liar that wants to play word games to protect his own tail.
At some point, someone is going to have to answer for this debacle, and Austin’s name is right at the top of that list.
