I know who they don’t work for… the American people.

He Can Stay

Secretary Mayorkas and Joe Biden are illegally changing our deportation rules.

In all honesty, Mayorkas is probably more dangerous than Joe Biden right now.

He should be number one on the impeachment list if Republicans take back Congress in 2022.

Need proof?

In November 2020, Heriberto Fuerte-Padilla smashed his pickup into 19-year-old Adrienne Sophia Exum’s car.

Fuerte-Padilla is in this country illegally, not to mention he was driving drunk at the time.

Exum flew from her car and died at the scene.

Fuerte-Padilla had a DHS request for deportation, but that has since been revoked.

Mayorkas says he can stay, because being in this country illegally (crime 1), driving drunk (crime 2), and murdering someone (crime 3) are not reason enough for deportation.

Mayorkas’ new guidelines mean this killer gets to stay in the country.

He had stated that the threat to “public safety” would be considered, but apparently, a three-time loser like Fuerte-Padilla is not a threat.

Jessica Vaughan, policy studies director at the Center for Immigration Studies, stated, “Here we have a law enforcement agency handing ICE a criminal alien on a silver platter and ICE saying, ‘No thank you,’ and then the law enforcement agency saying, ‘Really?’ And ICE saying, ‘No, we really don’t want to take this person.'”

How is anyone, liberal or conservative, okay with this happening right now?
