Joe Biden is doing everything he can to get Barack Obama’s nuclear deal with Iran back in place.
When it was first put in place, the deal was a joke, hence why Trump ended it.
The deal that Biden wants to make is far worse, and now 18 House Democrats have finally wised up and are pushing back.
Not So Fast…
Biden is bending over backward to try to get this deal done.
Iran and Russia are pushing our negotiators around as though they are the schoolyard bully and the United States is a 50-pound weakling.
The terms are not good, and 18 House Democrats are finally speaking up.
The group of resistors is being led by Reps. Josh Gottheimer D-N.J.) and Elaine Luria (D-VA).
Luria stated, “We understand that while the recent negotiations have not concluded, we feel that we can’t stay quiet about the unacceptable and deeply troubling turn that these talks have reportedly taken.”
The involvement of Russia in the deal is also problematic.
Gottheimer added, “Are we seriously going to let a war criminal, Vladimir Putin, be the guarantor of this deal?”
He continued, “We need a longer and stronger deal, not one that is shorter and weaker.
“It’s time to stand strong against terrorists, protect American values and our allies.”
I have an even better idea… how about no deal and we just remove Iran from the map?
Problem solved.
