The situation at schools now that the weather has changed is beginning to outrage parents.
Some schools have been mandating that children eat their lunches outside to keep social distancing rules in place.
Now that the weather is changing, we are seeing pictures of children huddled together in their winter coats to eat their lunch.
White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki seems to have no problem with little kids freezing to protect them against a virus that has yet to affect them.
Let Them Freeze
Psaki was asked if the White House supported children getting “back to a more normal school experience.”
This was a direct hit against the images that we mentioned above.
Psaki insisted that these measures are in place and supported by the White House in the effort to “keep their kids safe and keep students safe.”
Psaki then stated that she believes that most parents truly appreciate these measures being taken to protect their children.
She said, “I have a three-year-old who goes to school, sits outside for snacks and lunch, wears a mask inside, and it’s no big deal to him.
“I’m not saying that’s the case for everybody, but these are steps that schools are taking to keep kids safe.”
Here is the exchange…
Psaki is asked about COVID rules for schools such as making children eat outside:
