No president in American history has ever seen a day where the average price of a gallon of gas eclipsed $5 nationwide.
Joe Biden’s just completed a full week straight of the accomplishment.
Gas prices passed the $5 per gallon national average on June 9 and have not looked back.
They don’t show any signs of slowing down, either.
Many experts, such as the American Automobile Association, are predicting that gas will be between $6 and $8 per gallon on average across the country by Labor Day 2022.
GasBuddy estimates are in agreement: “Motorists in the US are now spending nearly three quarters of a billion dollars more on gasoline every day than a year ago.”
Over half of Americans have already had to alter their summer 2022 plans because of inflation and insane gas prices.
This is what happen when America is dependent on foreign oil.
