For some reason, information related to the Pfizer COVID-19 was being shielded.
Considering the questions people have regarding the safety of the vaccine, we would have thought the Biden administration would have been anxious to get that data out to people.
The FDA, however, recently announced it was going to shield the data for 75 years.
US District Judge Mark Pittman told them, not so fast.

FOIA requests are coming fast and furious regarding the vaccines.
As stated above, it should have never even come to that.
With people still being skeptical about the vaccine, it would only make sense to put the information out and let everyone see it.
Yet, the FDA tried to deny the FOIA requests by saying it could not release the information regarding the vaccine for 75 years.
Judge Pittman disagreed, stating that nothing good can come from the government being so secretive on this.
He added that it was of “paramount importance” for the public to see this information as soon as possible.
He further added that “excessive administrative secrecy . . . feeds conspiracy theories and reduces the public’s confidence in the government.”
Rather than the 75 years the administration wanted to release the documents, it must now produce 12,000 pages by the end of January and an additional 55,000 pages of information per month until the FOIA request has been satisfied.
Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) jumped all of this to slam Biden, stating, “It’s an absolute ridiculous claim to need 75 years to process FOIA requests on a vaccine that Biden and the Far Left are working overtime to mandate on the American people.
“We deserve complete transparency surrounding these vaccines.
“But, once again, the Biden administration is demonstrating the complete ineptitude of federal bureaucracy and why it has no place in dictating the private healthcare decisions of the American people.”
There are slightly more than 300,000 pages of documentation related to the request, which means this should be fulfilled by August, at the latest, not 2097.
