For a while, it looked like they might not have to comply.
Fans of the Trump family thought Donald and his two oldest children might not have to take the stand in New York Attorney General Letitia James’ probe of the Trump Organization.
The case was reviewed by a judge, and he made a decision Trump surely didn’t hope for.
The judge ordered all three to be interviewed under oath.
Trump’s attorneys had attempted to squash the subpoenas issued back in December.
As we now see, it didn’t work.
The order came after a two hour hearing with attorneys form both Trump and James’ offices.
Early reports indicate the Trump camp is likely to appeal the decision.
Trump feels as though he has already answered for his financial documents, defending them earlier this week.
